  • Final Sale: All tickets sold by Noise Contour Events are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless otherwise specified in this policy or by applicable law.
  • Age Restriction: Our events are strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Proof of age (such as a government-issued ID) may be required for entry into events. No refunds will be issued for failure to comply with this age restriction.
  • Transfer of Tickets: Tickets may be transferable to another individual if permitted by the specific event. Any transfer requests must be made in accordance with the instructions provided during the ticket purchase process.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled by Noise Contour Events, customers are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. The refund will be processed automatically within [10-14] business days to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, customers will have the option to either:

    • Transfer their ticket to the new event date.
    • Request a refund if they cannot attend the rescheduled event. Refund requests must be made within [10] days of the announcement of the new event date.
  • Significant Changes to the Event: In case of significant changes to the event (such as a change of venue, artist lineup, or time), Noise Contour Events will notify ticket holders. If these changes materially affect the nature of the event, customers may request a refund within [10] days of being informed of the changes.


3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for customers who change their minds after purchasing a ticket.
  • Failure to Attend: No refunds will be issued if you fail to attend the event for any reason, including personal reasons, travel issues, illness, or failure to meet the event’s entry requirements (e.g., age restrictions).
  • Duplicate Purchases: Customers are responsible for ensuring that they do not purchase duplicate tickets. Noise Contour Events will not refund duplicate ticket purchases.

4. Lost or Stolen Tickets

  • Responsibility for Tickets: Customers are responsible for safeguarding their tickets once they have been issued. Noise Contour Events is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
  • Reissuing Tickets: In the event that a ticket is lost or stolen, Noise Contour Events may, at its discretion, reissue the ticket if proof of purchase is provided. An administrative fee may apply.

5. Prohibited Resale

  • Unauthorized Resale: Tickets purchased from Noise Contour Events may not be resold for more than their original purchase price. Unauthorized resale, including on secondary markets, is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund or entry to the event.

6. Entry Conditions

  • Right of Admission Reserved: Noise Contour Events reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who fails to meet the entry requirements, such as presenting a valid ID for age verification, presenting a valid ticket, or following event-specific rules (e.g., security protocols).
  • Behavior and Conduct: Any attendee found engaging in inappropriate or illegal conduct may be removed from the event without the right to a refund.

7. Event Changes or Force Majeure

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Noise Contour Events is not responsible for any disruptions to the event caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, Noise Contour Events reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event without liability.
  • Refunds for Force Majeure Events: Refunds for cancellations due to force majeure events will be issued at the discretion of Noise Contour Events, considering the extent of the impact.

8. Processing of Refunds

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase within [10-14] business days after approval of the refund request.
  • Refund Fees: In some cases, administrative fees or processing charges may be deducted from the refund, especially in cases of event rescheduling or significant changes.
